Chisari - La Cura

La cura is a single by the Italian singer-songwriter Franco Battiato, released in 1997 by Mercury Records as an excerpt from the album L'imboscata. The digital version of the song is certified double platinum with over 60,000 copies sold.

Chisari plays it in the studio from Sydney in Australia with the musicians Luke Wright at the Mandoloncello and Jaan Pallandi at the piano.

Released in 1979, it is still a classic today, one of the most appreciated by the Sicilian Maestro Franco Battiato.

Chisari makes his own version inspired by both the original version of Franco Battiato but is also inspired by and pays homage to the version of Carmen Consoli and Rita Botto.
